3. Third-Party Service Providers

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you submit the quiz or book a call, your contact information and quiz data are transmitted to GoHighLevel for lead management, appointment scheduling, and automated communications (SMS and email). GoHighLevel processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics 4: Web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Collects anonymized behavioral data to help us understand site usage patterns.
  • Vercel: Our website hosting provider. Vercel may process server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. SMS and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive automated text messages, you may receive:

  • A link to your saved Revenue Recovery Report
  • Follow-up messages about our services
  • Appointment reminders if you book a call

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can opt out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

5. Data Retention

  • CRM data (GoHighLevel): We retain your contact information and quiz data for as long as you are an active lead or client, plus 24 months after your last interaction. After this period, data is deleted unless retention is required by law.
  • Analytics data (GA4): Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.
  • Local storage: Quiz data stored in your browser persists until you clear your browser data.
  • Consent cookie: Stored for 1 year.

6. Your Rights

  • Right to Delete: Request that we delete your personal information from our systems and those of our service providers.
