These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at redlinerevenue.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Redline Revenue ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Redline Revenue provides done-for-you booking and automation systems for mechanics. We offer one core system and one optional add-on:
- The Redline Defense System ($397/month): Includes a custom booking website, calendar with online scheduling, deposit collection, SMS appointment reminders, missed call text-back, webchat widget, Google Business Profile optimization, and automated review requests. Setup and management are fully included.
- Full Throttle Add-On (+$600/month, on top of Defense . $997/month total retainer): Available only to Defense clients after 30 days on Defense. Stacks on top of the $397 Defense retainer (does not replace it). The primary deliverable is Google Search ads built and managed for your specialty, routed to your tracked phone number. Also includes a negative keyword shield, weekly campaign tuning, booked-job tracking via Enhanced Conversions for Leads, lead-quality feedback that triggers Google's automated AI lead-credit system (which replaced manual disputes in August 2024), a service-specific landing page extension on the Defense site, and a monthly attribution report. Google reviews every charged lead within 72 hours and applies credits to invalid leads within 30 days at its sole discretion. If you qualify for Google's Verified screening, we walk you through the document requirements (active license, $1M general liability insurance, clean background check, and business registration documents); if Google denies, we help you address what is missing and resubmit. If Google awards the Verified badge, your ads also unlock Local Services Ad placement on top. Google awards the Verified badge at its sole discretion based on its own criteria; we do not control or guarantee the outcome of Google's verification, and the Full Throttle add-on does not require the Verified badge to operate. Cost per call and cost per LSA lead vary by specialty, location, season, competition, and account quality. Ad spend ($500–$750/month recommended) is paid directly to Google and is not included in the monthly fee.
2. Guarantees
We stand behind our work with the following guarantees. Each guarantee has specific terms and conditions:
2a. "Love Your Website" Guarantee (Defense System)
During the initial setup period (approximately the first 7 days), we will build your custom website. We do not launch until you approve the design. You may request unlimited revisions at no additional cost during this setup period. Once you approve the site and it goes live, subsequent design changes are handled as standard support requests.
2b. "Break-Even" Guarantee (Defense System)
If the total revenue from jobs booked through Redline-managed channels (website, text-back, webchat, or booking calendar) does not meet or exceed your Defense System monthly retainer of $397 within 30 calendar days of your system going live, your second month of service is free. Booked revenue is measured by confirmed appointments and customer-reported job totals during that period. This guarantee requires that your system is fully active (not paused or partially configured) and that you are responsive to incoming inquiries and appointments during the 30-day period.
2c. "Pays for Itself in 60 Days" Guarantee (Full Throttle Add-On Only)
If booked jobs from Full Throttle–managed channels (Google Search ads tracked phone number and, if applicable, Local Services Ad tracked phone number) do not generate revenue meeting or exceeding the $600 Full Throttle add-on retainer within 60 calendar days from the date your Full Throttle ads go live(not from the contract start date. The campaign-build period and any platform approvals, including Google Verified screening if pursued, do not count toward the 60-day window), we will waive the $600 Full Throttle add-on retainer until a rolling 30-day window of booked-job revenue from those channels meets or exceeds the $600 retainer, with a maximum of 90 calendar days of waived retainer. After 90 cumulative days of waived retainer, the $600 Full Throttle add-on retainer resumes at standard billing regardless of whether the threshold has been met. The $397 Defense retainer continues to be billed during this period.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be on the Full Throttle add-on (+$600/month on top of the $397 Defense retainer, $997/month total retainer) and have completed at least 30 days on Defense prior to Full Throttle activation, so a clean Defense baseline can be measured.
- You must maintain the recommended minimum ad spend during the 60-day period.
- You must be responsive to leads (responding to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, typically the same business day).
- You must follow the recommended setup and configuration guidelines provided during onboarding. (Completing Google's Verified screening process is optional. The guarantee applies whether or not the Verified badge is awarded, since Search ads are the primary deliverable.)
- Incremental revenue is measured by jobs attributed to Full Throttle–managed channels (LSAs, the Full Throttle landing page, Search ads) above the pre-Full-Throttle Defense baseline.
- "Goes free" means we waive the $600 Full Throttle add-on retainer. The $397 Defense retainer and ad spend paid to Google remain your responsibility.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month via Stripe.
- Payment is due on the billing date. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers through Stripe.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. If payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date, we reserve the right to pause your services until payment is made.
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD).
4. Cancellation
Both service tiers are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts.
- You may cancel at any time by sending an email to team@redlinerevenue.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your system through the end of the paid period.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (photos, logos, business information).
- Our platform and tools: Our proprietary systems, automations, workflows, software, and any materials we create as part of the service remain the property of Redline Revenue.
6. Disclaimer of Results
Individual results depend on market conditions, geographic area, service pricing, business responsiveness, and other factors outside our control. While our system is designed to increase bookings and reduce revenue leaks, we do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome, number of leads, or business results beyond the specific guarantees outlined in Section 2.
Any statistics, projections, or estimates provided through the Revenue Leak Quiz or on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and are based on the information you provide. Actual results may differ.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redline Revenue's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redline Revenue, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.
9. Use of the Site
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, conducted in the state where Redline Revenue is headquartered.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
